Article 4 (Details of Notarized Date Record, etc.)

The matters to be entered in the notarized date record, which the notarized date issuing agency (excluding district courts, their branches, and registry offices; hereinafter referred to as "notarized date issuing agency") prepares according to Article 3-6, Paragraph 2 of the Act, shall be as follows. 1. Notarized date number 2. Date of notarized date issuance 3. Personal information of the lessor and lessee a. In the case of a natural person Full name, address, resident registration number (foreign national registration number for foreigners) b. In the case of a corporation or an unincorporated association Corporate name or association name, corporate registration number or registration number for real estate registration, location of head office or main office 4. Location of the housing 5. Purpose of the lease 6. Lease term 7. Rent and deposit 8. Applicant's full name and the first 6 digits of the resident registration number (first 6 digits of foreign national registration number for foreigners)

Matters necessary for the notarized date issuance affairs, such as the method of preparing the notarized date record and matters to be confirmed at the time of notarized date issuance, in addition to the matters prescribed in Paragraphs 1 and 2, shall be prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice.
