법 제7조에 따른 차임이나 보증금(이하 "차임등"이라 한다)의 증액청구는 약정한 차임등의 20분의 1의 금액을 초과하지 못한다.

A claim for an increase in rent or deposit (hereinafter referred to as "rent, etc.") under Article 7 of the Act shall not exceed the amount equivalent to one-twentieth (1/20) of the agreed rent, etc.

제1항에 따른 증액청구는 임대차계약 또는 약정한 차임등의 증액이 있은 후 1년 이내에는 하지 못한다.

A claim for an increase under Paragraph ① shall not be made within one year from the date of the lease agreement or from the date of an agreed increase in rent, etc.
