제12조(미등기 전세에의 준용) 주택의 등기를 하지 아니한 전세계약에 관하여는 이 법을 준용한다. 이 경우 "전세금"은 "임대차의 보증금"으로 본다.
Translation
This Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to a jeonse contract for a house that has not been registered. In such cases, "jeonse money" shall be deemed "the deposit under a lease".
