제28조(비밀유지의무) 조정위원, 사무국의 직원 또는 그 직에 있었던 자는 다른 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 직무상 알게 된 정보를 타인에게 누설하거나 직무상 목적 외에 사용하여서는 아니 된다.

A mediation committee member, an employee of the secretariat, or a person who has held such position shall not, except where specifically provided otherwise by another law, disclose information learned in the course of duty to others or use it for purposes other than official duties.
