제30조(주택임대차표준계약서 사용) 주택임대차계약을 서면으로 체결할 때에는 법무부장관이 국토교통부장관과 협의하여 정하는 주택임대차표준계약서를 우선적으로 사용한다. 다만, 당사자가 다른 서식을 사용하기로 합의한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2020.7.31>
Translation
Where a housing lease agreement is concluded in writing, the standard housing lease agreement determined by the Minister of Justice in consultation with the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport shall be used as a matter of priority. This shall not apply, however, where the parties have agreed to use a different form. <Amended on Jul. 31, 2020>
