제11조 사증발급 권한의 위임

법무부장관은 법 제8조제2항에 따라 별표 1의2 중 1. 외교(A-1)부터 3. 협정(A-3)까지의 체류자격에 해당하는 사람에 대한 사증발급 권한을 재외공관의 장에게 위임한다. <개정 2018.9.18>
The Minister of Justice shall delegate the authority to issue visas for persons corresponding to the statuses of sojourn from 1. Diplomacy (A-1) to 3. Agreement (A-3) in Annex 1-2 to the Act, to the head of a diplomatic mission abroad, pursuant to Article 8(2) of the Act. <Amended by Act No. XXXX, Sep. 18, 2018>
법무부장관은 법 제8조제2항에 따라 별표 1 중 3. 일시취재(C-1)부터 5. 단기취업(C-4)까지, 별표 1의2 중 4. 문화예술(D-1)부터 30. 기타(G-1)까지 또는 별표 1의3 영주(F-5)의 체류자격에 해당하는 사람에 대한 사증발급 권한(전자사증 발급권한은 제외한다)을 법무부령으로 그 범위를 정하여 재외공관의 장에게 위임한다. <개정 2012.10.15, 2018.9.18>
The Minister of Justice shall delegate the authority to issue visas (excluding the authority to issue electronic visas) for persons corresponding to the statuses of sojourn from 3. Temporary Coverage (C-1) to 5. Short-term Employment (C-4) in Annex 1, from 4. Culture and Arts (D-1) to 30. Other (G-1) in Annex 1-2, or Permanent Residency (F-5) in Annex 1-3, to the head of a diplomatic mission abroad within the scope prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice, pursuant to Article 8(2) of the Act. <Amended by Act No. XXXX, Oct. 15, 2012, Act No. XXXX, Sep. 18, 2018>
