제13조(입국금지자의 자료관리) 법무부장관은 법 제11조에 따라 입국을 금지하기로 결정한 사람에 대해서는 지체 없이 정보화업무처리 절차에 따라 그 자료를 관리하여야 한다. 입국금지를 해제한 때에도 또한 같다.

Translation

① The Minister of Justice shall, without delay, manage the data of a person determined to be prohibited from entry pursuant to Article 11 of this Act, in accordance with the procedures for processing information technology. ② The same shall apply when the prohibition of entry is lifted.
