법무부장관은 제15조제1항에 따른 입국신고서의 전자문서 제출 등을 위해 정보통신망을 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

The Minister of Justice may install and operate an information and communications network for the purpose of submitting electronic documents of the arrival report form under Article 15(1).

②

제1항에 따른 정보통신망의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 세부 사항은 법무부장관이 정한다.

Detailed matters concerning the installation and operation of the information and communications network under paragraph (1) shall be determined by the Minister of Justice.
