제19조(긴급상륙허가) 법 제15조제1항에 따라 선박등에 타고 있는 외국인의 긴급상륙허가를 신청할 때에는 상륙허가 신청서에 그 이유를 소명하는 서류를 첨부하여 출입국관리공무원에게 제출하여야 한다.

When applying for an emergency landing permit for a foreigner on board a vessel, etc. pursuant to Article 15(1) of the Act, a document explaining the reason shall be attached to the landing permit application and submitted to an immigration control officer.
