제20조(재난상륙허가) 법 제16조제1항에 따라 재난상륙허가를 신청할 때에는 상륙허가 신청서에 재난선박등의 명칭, 재난장소 및 일시와 그 사유 등을 적은 재난보고서를 첨부하여 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>

① When applying for a permit to land due to disaster under Article 16 (1) of the Act, a disaster report stating the name of the disaster vessel, etc., the location and time of the disaster, and the reason therefor, shall be attached to the landing permit application and submitted to the head of the port authority, the head of the office, or the head of the branch office. <Amended by Act No. 15593, May 8, 2018>
