제21조 상륙허가기간의 연장

법 제14조제1항, 제14조의2제1항, 제15조제1항, 제16조제1항 또는 제16조의2제1항에 따른 상륙허가를 받은 사람이 그 허가기간 내에 출국할 수 없을 때에는 상륙허가 신청을 한 자가 그 연장 사유를 적은 상륙허가기간 연장신청서를 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2012.5.25, 2018.5.8>
When a person who has obtained a landing permit under Article 14(1), Article 14(2)(1), Article 15(1), Article 16(1), or Article 16(2)(1) of the Act cannot depart within the permit period, the person who applied for the landing permit shall submit an application for extension of the landing permit period, stating the reasons for extension, to the Commissioner of the Korea Coast Guard, the head of an office, or the head of a branch office. <Amended by 2012.5.25, 2018.5.8>
제1항에 따른 연장신청이 있는 경우 1회에 연장할 수 있는 기간은 법 제14조제1항, 제14조의2제1항, 제15조제1항, 제16조제1항 또는 제16조의2제1항에서 정한 허가기간을 초과할 수 없다. <개정 2012.5.25>
In the case of an extension application under paragraph ①, the period that can be extended at one time shall not exceed the permit period prescribed in Article 14(1), Article 14(2)(1), Article 15(1), Article 16(1), or Article 16(2)(1) of the Act. <Amended by 2012.5.25>
