제27조(활동범위의 제한) 법무부장관은 법 제22조에 따라 외국인의 거소 또는 활동범위를 제한하거나 준수사항을 정한 때에는 그 제한사항 또는 준수사항과 그 이유를 적은 활동범위 등 제한통지서를 해당 외국인에게 직접 발급하거나 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장을 거쳐 해당 외국인에게 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>

① When the Minister of Justice restricts the place of sojourn or the scope of activities of a foreigner, or prescribes matters to be observed, pursuant to Article 22 of this Act, he/she shall directly issue a notification of restriction on the scope of activities, etc., stating the matters of restriction or observation and the reasons therefor, to the foreigner concerned, or shall issue it through the Commissioner of Immigration Office, the Head of Immigration Office, or the Head of the Branch Office. <amended 2018.5.8>
