제3조의2(출국금지 요청대장의 작성 및 관리) 출국금지 요청기관의 장은 출국금지 요청, 출국금지기간 연장요청, 출국금지 해제요청 및 그 해제 등의 변동사항을 적은 출국금지 요청대장을 갖추어 두어야 한다.
Translation
The head of a departure prohibition request agency shall maintain a departure prohibition request ledger recording changes such as departure prohibition requests, requests for extension of departure prohibition periods, requests for lifting of departure prohibition, and the lifting thereof.
