제37조(출국정지가 해제된 외국인의 출국) 출국정지로 인하여 허가받은 체류기간까지 출국하지 못한 외국인은 출국정지 해제일부터 10일 이내에는 체류기간 연장 등 별도의 절차를 밟지 아니하고 출국할 수 있다.

Translation

A foreigner who has been unable to depart within their permitted period of sojourn due to a departure suspension may depart within 10 days from the date of the lifting of the departure suspension without undergoing separate procedures such as an extension of the period of sojourn.
