제38조(재입국허가기간 연장허가 권한의 위임) 법 제30조제1항에 따라 재입국허가를 받은 사람(재입국허가가 면제된 사람을 포함한다)이 출국 후 선박등이 없거나 질병 또는 그 밖의 부득이한 사유로 그 허가기간 또는 면제기간 내에 재입국할 수 없는 경우에 받아야 하는 재입국허가기간 연장허가에 관한 법무부장관의 권한은 법 제30조제4항에 따라 재외공관의 장에게 위임한다.

Translation

The authority of the Minister of Justice regarding the extension of the re-entry permit period, which is required when a person who has received a re-entry permit (including a person exempted from re-entry permit) under Article 30 (1) of the Act cannot re-enter within the permit period or exemption period due to the absence of a vessel, etc., illness, or other unavoidable reasons, shall be delegated to the head of overseas missions pursuant to Article 30 (4) of the Act.
