제57조(인지보고) 출입국관리공무원은 법 제47조에 따른 조사에 착수할 때에는 용의사실 인지보고서를 작성하여 청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 외국인보호소의 장(이하 "보호소장"이라 한다)에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>

① Immigration officials shall, when commencing an investigation pursuant to Article 47 of the Act, prepare a report on the facts of suspicion and submit it to the Commissioner, the head of an office, the head of a branch office, or the head of a foreign national detention center (hereinafter referred to as "head of a detention center"). <Amended by Act No. , May 8, 2018>
