제61조(검사 및 서류 등의 제출요구) 출입국관리공무원은 법 제47조에 따라 용의자를 조사할 때 용의자가 용의사실을 부인하거나 용의자가 제출한 서류만으로는 용의사실을 증명하기에 충분하지 아니하다고 인정되는 경우에는 그 용의자와 관련 있는 제3자의 주거 또는 물건을 검사하거나 서류 또는 물건을 제출하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 미리 그 제3자의 동의를 받아야 한다.

Translation

When investigating a suspect pursuant to Article 47 of the Act, an immigration control official may inspect the residence or property of a third party related to the suspect, or request the submission of documents or property, if the suspect denies the suspicion or if the documents submitted by the suspect are deemed insufficient to prove the suspicion. In this case, the consent of the third party must be obtained in advance.
