제62조 제출물조서 등

출입국관리공무원은 법 제50조 및 이 영 제61조에 따라 서류 또는 물건을 제출받은 때에는 제출경위 등을 적은 제출물조서와 제출한 물건 등의 특징과 수량을 적은 제출물목록을 작성하여야 한다.
Immigration control officials shall, upon receiving documents or articles pursuant to Article 50 of the Act and Article 61 of this Decree, prepare a record of submitted articles detailing the circumstances of submission, and a list of submitted articles stating the characteristics and quantity of the submitted articles.
제1항에 따른 제출물조서 및 제출물목록의 작성은 제59조제1항에 따른 신문조서 또는 제60조에 따른 진술조서에 제출물에 관한 사항을 적는 것으로 갈음할 수 있다.
The preparation of the record of submitted articles and the list of submitted articles under paragraph ① may be substituted by entering matters concerning the submitted articles into the examination record under Article 59(1) or the statement record under Article 60.
