제67조(보호시설의 장의 의무) 보호시설의 장은 청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장으로부터 외국인의 보호나 보호해제를 의뢰받은 때에는 지체 없이 그 외국인을 보호하거나 보호해제를 하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>
Translation
① The head of a protection facility shall, without delay, protect or release an alien when requested to do so by the Commissioner General, the head of an office, the head of a branch office, or the head of a protection shelter. <Amended by Act No. 15577, May 8, 2018>
