제68조(보호의 통지) 법 제54조(법 제63조제5항 및 제63조의3제2항에 따라 준용되는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 보호의 통지는 보호의 사유ㆍ일시 및 장소와 보호에 대해 심사청구를 할 수 있다는 뜻을 적은 보호통지서로 해야 한다.

① The notice of protection under Article 54 of the Act (including cases where it is applied mutatis mutandis under Article 63(5) and Article 63(3)2 of the Act) shall be made by a written notice of protection stating the reasons, date and time, and place of protection, and that a request for review may be made regarding the protection.
