제73조(심사 후의 절차) 청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 법 제59조제1항에 따라 보호를 해제하는 경우 용의자가 보호시설에 보호되어 있을 때에는 보호해제 사유 등을 적은 보호해제 의뢰서를 보호시설의 장에게 보내야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>

Translation

The Director-General, the head of an office, the head of a branch office, or the head of a shelter, when releasing a suspect under protection pursuant to Article 59 (1) of the Act, if the suspect is being held in a protection facility, shall send a release request detailing the reasons for release, etc. to the head of the protection facility. <Amended 2018.5.8>
