제74조(강제퇴거명령서) 청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 법 제59조제2항에 따라 강제퇴거명령을 결정한 때에는 명령의 취지 및 이유와 이의신청을 할 수 있다는 뜻을 적은 강제퇴거명령서를 발급하여 그 부본을 용의자에게 교부하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>
Translation
① The Commissioner, the head of the office, the head of the branch office, or the head of the shelter, when deciding on a deportation order pursuant to Article 59(2) of the Act, shall issue a deportation order stating the purpose and grounds of the order and that an objection may be filed, and shall deliver a copy thereof to the suspect. <Amended by Act No. 15634, May 8, 2018>
