제80조의13 외국인보호 조사관의 자격 등

법 제66조의15제4항에 따른 외국인보호위원회 사무국장은 출입국관리 업무에 종사하는 공무원 중에서 임명한다.
The Secretary-General of the Immigration Protection Committee under Article 66-15(4) of the Act shall be appointed from among public officials engaged in immigration control work.
법 제66조의15제4항에 따른 외국인보호 조사관은 출입국관리 업무에 종사하는 4급부터 7급까지의 공무원 또는 이에 상당하는 공무원으로서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자격을 갖춘 사람 중에서 임명한다.
1. 외국인보호 관련 업무에 종사한 기간이 1년 이상일 것
2. 위원장이 정하는 외국인보호 관련 교육을 이수했을 것
The immigration protection officers under Article 66-15(4) of the Act shall be appointed from among public officials of Grade 4 to Grade 7 engaged in immigration control work, or public officials equivalent thereto, who possess qualifications set forth in any of the following subparagraphs: 1. Having engaged in immigration protection-related work for one year or more 2. Having completed immigration protection-related training designated by the Chairperson
외국인보호위원회 사무국에 두는 외국인보호 조사관의 수는 50명 이내로 한다.
The number of immigration protection officers to be assigned to the Secretariat of the Immigration Protection Committee shall not exceed 50.
