제80조의17(청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장의 협조) 청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 외국인보호위원회로부터 피보호자와의 면접, 피보호자의 출석, 관계기록의 열람 등 필요한 협조요청을 받은 경우에는 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.

① The Director-General, Head of an Office, Branch Office, or Shelter shall comply with requests for necessary cooperation, such as interviews with the protected alien, attendance of the protected alien, and inspection of related records, from the Alien Protection Committee, unless there is a justifiable reason not to do so.
