제81조(출국권고) 법 제67조제1항제1호에 따른 그 위반정도가 가벼운 경우는 법 제17조 또는 제20조를 처음 위반한 사람으로서 그 위반기간이 10일 이내인 경우로 한다.

① A case where the degree of violation under Article 67, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1 of the Act is minor shall be a case where a person violates Article 17 or Article 20 for the first time and the period of violation is within 10 days.
