제86조(출ㆍ입항 예정통보) 선박등의 장 또는 운수업자는 법 제74조에 따른 선박등의 출ㆍ입항 예정통보를 늦어도 해당 선박등의 출ㆍ입항 24시간 전에 하여야 한다. 다만, 정규편 선박등이 출ㆍ입항하는 경우이거나 그 밖에 특별한 사유가 있으면 그러하지 아니하다.

Translation

① The head of a port or a carrier shall provide advance notice of the departure or arrival of a vessel, etc., pursuant to Article 74 of the Act, no later than 24 hours before the departure or arrival of the vessel, etc. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to vessels, etc., on regular routes or in other special circumstances.
