제88조의12(소득금액 정보) 법 제78조제2항제3호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 외국인의 소득금액 정보"란 소득금액증명(연말정산한 사업소득자용ㆍ근로소득자용 또는 종합소득세 신고자용을 말한다) 자료를 말한다.

① The "income amount information of foreigners prescribed by Presidential Decree" referred to in Article 78 (2) 3 of the Act shall mean income amount certification (referring to the one for business income earners who underwent year-end tax settlement, for earned income earners, or for comprehensive income tax filers) data.
