제88조의9(난민여행증명서의 반납) 법무부장관은 법 제76조의6제2항에 따라 난민여행증명서의 반납을 명하려면 난민여행증명서 반납명령서를 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장을 거쳐 그 외국인에게 교부하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>

Translation

① When the Minister of Justice orders the return of a refugee travel certificate pursuant to Article 76-6(2) of the Act, the Minister of Justice shall issue a written order for the return of the refugee travel certificate and deliver it to the foreigner through the head of the Immigration Office, the head of the Immigration Branch Office, or the head of the Immigration Sub-office. <Amended by Act No. 15621, May 8, 2018>
