제91조 외국인 동향조사

출입국관리공무원은 법 제81조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 외국인 등의 동향을 조사한 때에는 그 기록을 유지하여야 한다.
An immigration official shall maintain records when investigating the trends of foreigners, etc. pursuant to Articles 81 (1) and (2) of the Act.
출입국관리공무원은 제22조에 따른 활동중지 명령서 또는 제27조에 따른 활동범위 등 제한통지서를 받은 사람이 그 명령 또는 제한 내용을 준수하고 있는지를 계속 확인하여 그 기록을 유지하여야 한다.
An immigration official shall continuously verify whether a person who has received an order to suspend activities pursuant to Article 22 or a notification of restriction on the scope of activities, etc. pursuant to Article 27 is complying with the contents of the order or restriction, and shall maintain records thereof.
외국인 동향조사의 보고 및 기록 유지 등에 필요한 사항은 법무부령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for the reporting and maintenance of records of foreigner trend investigations shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice.
