제93조의2(금융회사 등의 범위) 법 제88조의3제2항제3호다목에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 금융회사 등"이란 「주민등록법 시행령」 별표 2 제3호 각 목의 금융회사 등을 말한다.

① In the proviso of Article 88-3, Paragraph 2, Subparagraph 3, Item (d) of the Act, "financial companies, etc. prescribed by Presidential Decree" means financial companies, etc. referred to in the respective items of Subparagraph 3 of the attached Table 2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Resident Registration Act.
