법무부장관은 「민원 처리에 관한 법률」 제12조의2제2항에 따른 전자민원창구를 설치하여 운영할 수 있다. <개정 2022.7.11>

The Minister of Justice may establish and operate an electronic civil petition counter pursuant to Article 12-2(2) of the Act on the Processing of Civil Petitions. <Amended by Act No. 18930, Jul. 11, 2022>

전자민원창구의 설치ㆍ운영 및 민원업무의 처리 절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 법무부장관이 따로 정하여 고시한다.

Matters necessary for the establishment and operation of the electronic civil petition counter and the procedures for processing civil petitions shall be separately determined and publicly notified by the Minister of Justice.
