제94조의4(영주자격의 취소 특례) 법 제89조의2제1항제4호에서 "대한민국에 일정금액 이상 투자 상태를 유지할 것 등을 조건으로 영주자격을 취득한 사람 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사람"이란 별표 1의3 중 제16호에 해당하는 사람을 말한다.
