Article 95-2 (Procedure for Exercising Subrogation Rights)
제95조의2 구상권 행사 절차

법무부장관은 법 제90조제3항 또는 제90조의2제2항에 따라 구상권을 행사하려면 구상금액 산출근거 등을 명확히 밝혀 구상금을 낼 것을 서면으로 신원보증인이나 불법고용주에게 통지하여야 한다.
The Minister of Justice, when exercising subrogation rights pursuant to Article 90(3) or Article 90-2(2) of this Act, shall notify the guarantor or illegal employer in writing of the amount to be paid and the basis for its calculation.
제1항에 따른 구상금 납부통지를 받은 신원보증인 또는 불법고용주는 그 통지를 받은 날부터 15일 이내에 구상금을 내야 한다.
The guarantor or illegal employer who has received the notice of payment of the subrogation amount pursuant to paragraph ① shall pay the subrogation amount within 15 days from the date of receipt of such notice.
