제99조(임시납부금 등의 보관) 법 또는 이 영에 따른 임시납부금, 보관물 및 제출물 등의 보관 또는 반환 절차에 관하여는 법 또는 이 영에서 규정한 것을 제외하고는 법무부령으로 정한다.

① Except as otherwise provided by law or this Decree, the procedures for the custody or return of provisional payments, articles in custody, and submitted items, etc., pursuant to law or this Decree shall be prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice.
