제17조의2 사증발급인정서에 의한 사증발급

제17조제5항에 따라 사증발급인정번호 등 사증발급인정내용을 통보받은 자는 사증발급신청서에 사증발급인정번호를 기재하여 재외공관의 장에게 사증발급을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2011.3.7>
A person who has been notified of the details of visa issuance, such as a visa issuance certificate number, pursuant to Article 17, Paragraph 5, may apply to the head of a diplomatic mission or consular office for the issuance of a visa by stating the visa issuance certificate number on the visa application form. <Amended by Act No. 10624, Mar. 7, 2011>
제17조제6항에 따라 사증발급인정서를 교부받은 자는 사증발급신청서에 사증발급인정서를 첨부하여 재외공관의 장에게 사증발급을 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2011.3.7>
A person who has received a visa issuance certificate pursuant to Article 17, Paragraph 6, may apply to the head of a diplomatic mission or consular office for the issuance of a visa by attaching the visa issuance certificate to the visa application form. <Amended by Act No. 10624, Mar. 7, 2011>
재외공관의 장은 제1항 및 제2항의 규정에 의하여 사증발급을 신청하는 자에 대하여는 제8조의 규정에 불구하고 사증발급인정번호 등 사증발급인정내용 또는 사증발급인정서의 내용에 따라 사증을 발급하여야 한다.
The head of a diplomatic mission or consular office shall issue a visa to an applicant for a visa under Paragraphs 1 and 2, notwithstanding Article 8, in accordance with the details of visa issuance, such as the visa issuance certificate number, or the contents of the visa issuance certificate.
재외공관의 장은 제2항의 규정에 의하여 사증발급을 신청하는 자에 대하여 사증을 발급한 때에는 사증발급인정서를 회수하여야 한다.
When the head of a diplomatic mission or consular office issues a visa to an applicant for a visa under Paragraph 2, the head shall collect the visa issuance certificate.
