제18조(사증발급인정서의 효력) 사증발급인정서의 유효기간은 3개월로 하고, 한번의 사증발급에 한하여 그 효력을 가진다. 다만, 법무부장관은 특히 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 사증발급인정서의 유효기간을 달리 정할 수 있다. <개정 1994.7.20, 2006.8.2, 2013.5.31>
Translation
The period of validity of a certificate of visa issuance shall be 3 months, and it shall be effective for a single visa issuance.
