제19조 외국인의 입국심사등

출입국관리공무원이 영 제15조제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따라 입국심사를 하는 경우 그 심사확인에 관한 사항에 대하여는 제1조의 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2016.9.29>
When an immigration control official conducts an entry examination in accordance with Article 15 (1) through (3) of the Enforcement Decree, Article 1 shall be applied mutatis mutandis to matters concerning the examination and confirmation thereof. <Amended by Act No. 13540, Sep. 29, 2016>
출입국관리공무원은 법 제12조제4항에 따라 외국인의 입국을 허가하지 않을 때에는 해당 외국인에게 입국 불허가 통지서를 교부한다. <신설 2022.8.18>

외국인승무원이 대한민국 안에 정박중인 선박등에서 하선하여 승객으로 출국하려는 경우나 법 제14조의2에 따라 관광상륙허가를 받은 외국인승객이 하선하여 다른 선박등으로 출국하려는 경우에는 영 제15조제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 입국심사를 받아야 한다. <개정 2010.11.16, 2012.5.25, 2016.9.29>

외국인출입국신고서의 작성 및 관리에 관하여는 제2조 및 제3조의 규정을 준용한다. 다만, 관광선박등의 단체승객에 대하여는 승객명부로서 출입국신고서에 갈음하게 할 수 있다. <개정 1994.7.20, 2010.11.16>
For the preparation and management of alien arrival and departure reports, Articles 2 and 3 shall be applied mutatis mutandis.
