제20조 사증내용의 정정등

출입국관리공무원이 영 제15조제8항에 따라 사증내용을 정정하는 때에는 삭제된 문자를 알아볼 수 있도록 남겨두고, 사증 아랫부분에 정정사실을 기재한 후 서명 또는 날인하여야 한다. <개정 2007.3.5, 2016.9.29, 2018.6.12>
When an immigration official corrects visa details pursuant to Article 15(8) of the Enforcement Decree, the official shall leave the deleted characters recognizable, enter the fact of correction at the bottom of the visa, and affix his or her signature or seal. <Amended by Act No. XXXX, March 5, 2007; Act No. YYYY, September 29, 2016; Act No. ZZZZ, June 12, 2018>

출입국관리공무원은 대한민국에 체류하는 외국인에 대하여 여권이 재발급된 경우에는 종전의 여권으로 출국한 사실이 있는지 여부를 확인한 후 새로운 여권에 입국사실확인인을 찍고 기명날인하여야 한다. <개정 2007.3.5>
When a passport is reissued for a foreign national staying in the Republic of Korea, an immigration official shall, after confirming whether the foreign national has departed with the previous passport, stamp an entry confirmation mark on the new passport and affix his or her signature or seal. <Amended by Act No. XXXX, March 5, 2007>
