제24조의4 난민임시상륙허가서 발급대장등

청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 법 제16조의2제2항에 따라 난민임시상륙허가서를 발급하는 때에는 이를 난민임시상륙허가서 발급대장에 기재하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.15>
The Commissioner of Immigration, the head of an office, or the head of a branch office shall, when issuing a temporary landing permit for refugees pursuant to Article 16-2 (2) of the Act, record it in the temporary landing permit for refugees issuance register. <Amended by Act No. XXX, May 15, 2018>
영 제20조의2제3항에서 "법무부장관이 정한시설등"이라 함은 난민보호소 기타 법무부장관이 따로 지정하는 장소를 말한다.
"Facilities, etc. prescribed by the Minister of Justice" in Article 20-2 (3) of the Enforcement Decree refers to a refugee shelter or any other place separately designated by the Minister of Justice.
