제25조 상륙허가자의 출국등 통보

청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 상륙허가를 받은 자가 다른 출입국항으로 출국할 수 있도록 허가하거나 법 제14조제6항에 따라 승무원 상륙허가서를 국내의 다른 출입국항에서도 계속 사용할 수 있도록 허가한 경우에는 지체없이 출국예정항 또는 상륙예정항을 관할하는 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 그 명단을 통보해야 한다. <개정 1997.7.1, 2018.5.15, 2019.6.11>
The Commissioner General, the head of an office, or the head of a branch office shall, without delay, notify the Commissioner General, the head of an office, or the head of a branch office having jurisdiction over the port of departure or the port of landing, of the list of persons to whom permission to depart from another port of entry and exit has been granted, or to whom permission has been granted to continue using a crew landing permit at another port of entry and exit within the Republic of Korea, pursuant to Article 14 (6) of the Act. <Amended by Act No. 5388, Jul. 1, 1997; Act No. 15575, May 15, 2018; Act No. 16466, Jun. 11, 2019>
제1항에 따른 통보를 받은 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 상륙허가를 받은 자가 상륙허가기간만료일까지 출국하지 아니한 때에는 그 사실을 상륙을 허가한 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 통보하여야 한다. <개정 1997.7.1, 2018.5.15>
