제27조 활동중지 명령서의 발급

청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장이 영 제22조에 따른 활동중지 명령서를 발급하는 때에는 수령증을 받아야 한다. <개정 2018.5.15>
When the Commissioner, the head of an office, or the head of a branch office issues an order to suspend activities pursuant to Article 22 of the Presidential Decree, he/she shall obtain a receipt. <Amended by Act No. 18316, May 15, 2018>
청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장이 영 제22조에 따른 활동중지 명령서를 발급하는 경우 필요하다고 인정하면 해당 소속 단체의 장 또는 신원보증인을 참관하게 하여 중지명령을 지키도록 할 수 있다. <개정 2018.5.15, 2022.2.7>
When the Commissioner, the head of an office, or the head of a branch office issues an order to suspend activities pursuant to Article 22 of the Presidential Decree, if he/she deems it necessary, he/she may have the head of the affiliated organization or the guarantor of identity observe to ensure compliance with the suspension order. <Amended by Act No. 18316, May 15, 2018, Act No. 19259, Feb. 7, 2022>
