Article 34 (Application and Receipt of Various Permissions, etc.)
제34조 각종 허가등의 신청 및 수령

다음 각 호에 해당하는 신고, 허가 등의 신청이나 수령은 본인이 직접 하거나 법무부장관이 정하는 사람이 대리하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.11.16, 2011.12.23, 2012.1.19, 2013.5.31, 2018.9.21>
1. 영 제24조, 영 제26조의2, 영 제44조 또는 영 제45조에 따른 신고
2. 영 제25조, 영 제26조, 영 제29조부터 제31조까지 또는 이 규칙 제39조의7에 따른 각종 허가
3. 영 제41조에 따라 발급된 외국인등록증의 수령 및 영 제42조에 따른 외국인등록증 재발급의 신청과 수령
3의2. 영 제42조의2에 따른 영주자격을 가진 외국인에게 발급하는 외국인등록증(이하 "영주증"이라 한다) 재발급의 신청과 수령
4. 제17조에 따른 사증발급인정서 발급의 신청과 수령
The application or receipt of notifications, permissions, etc. falling under the following subparagraphs may be made by the person himself/herself or by a person designated by the Minister of Justice. <Amended on Nov. 16, 2010, Dec. 23, 2011, Jan. 19, 2012, May 31, 2013, Sep. 21, 2018> 1. Notifications pursuant to Article 24 of the Enforcement Decree, Article 26-2 of the Enforcement Decree, Article 44 of the Enforcement Decree, or Article 45 of the Enforcement Decree 2. Various permissions pursuant to Article 25 of the Enforcement Decree, Article 26 of the Enforcement Decree, Articles 29 through 31 of the Enforcement Decree, or Article 39-7 of these Rules 3. Application for and receipt of alien registration cards issued pursuant to Article 41 of the Enforcement Decree, and application for and receipt of reissuance of alien registration cards pursuant to Article 42 of the Enforcement Decree 3-2. Application for and receipt of reissuance of alien registration cards issued to aliens with permanent residency status pursuant to Article 42-2 of the Enforcement Decree (hereinafter referred to as "permanent resident card") 4. Application for and receipt of certificates of recognition of visa issuance pursuant to Article 17
제1항에 따른 대리신청 및 수령에 관하여 필요한 사항은 법무부장관이 따로 정한다. <개정 2010.11.16>
