제35조(각종 허가등의 대장) 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 영 제25조, 영 제26조 및 영 제29조부터 제31조까지의 규정에 따른 허가를 하는 때에는 이를 허가대장에 기재하여야 한다. <개정 1997.7.1, 2013.5.31, 2018.5.15>

① The head of a regional maritime affairs and fisheries office, the head of an office, or the head of a branch office shall, when granting a permit pursuant to the provisions of Article 25, Article 26, and Articles 29 through 31 of the Presidential Decree, enter it in the permit register. <Amended by Act No. 5360, Jul. 1, 1997, Act No. 11852, May 31, 2013, Act No. 15562, May 15, 2018>
