제38조(체류자격 부여 등에 따른 출국예고) 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 영 제34조에 따라 허가된 체류기간내에 출국하여야 한다는 뜻을 기재하고자 하는 때에는 여권에 출국예고인을 찍음으로써 이에 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 1995.12.1, 2005.7.8, 2018.5.15>
Translation
The Commissioner of the Immigration Service, the head of an immigration office, or the head of a branch office may, when intending to record the fact that a person must depart within the permitted period of stay as stipulated in Article 34 of the Enforcement Decree, use an advance notice of departure stamp on the passport in lieu thereof. <Amended by Act No. 4989, Dec. 1, 1995; Act No. 7602, Jul. 8, 2005; Act No. 15654, May 15, 2018>
