①
법 제29조에 따른 출국정지는 필요 최소한의 범위에서 하여야 한다.
Departure suspension pursuant to Article 29 of the Act shall be imposed to the extent of the minimum necessary.
②
법무부장관은 출국정지 중인 외국인에 대하여 동일한 사유로 출국정지의 요청을 받은 경우 거듭 출국정지 하지 아니한다. 이 경우 출국정지를 요청한 기관의 장에게 그 사실을 통보하여야 한다.
The Minister of Justice shall not repeatedly impose departure suspension on a foreigner whose departure is suspended, when a request for departure suspension is received for the same reason. In this case, the Minister of Justice shall notify the head of the requesting agency of such fact.
