제39조의5 외국인의 출국정지 절차 등

제39조의5(외국인의 출국정지 절차 등) 외국인의 출국정지 및 출국정지기간 연장 절차 등에 관하여는 제6조의2제2항, 제6조의3, 제6조의4제1항ㆍ제2항, 제6조의5, 제6조의6제3항 및 제6조의7부터 제6조의12까지를 준용한다. 이 경우 "출국금지"는 "출국정지"로 본다.
Translation
The procedures for departure prevention and extension of the departure prevention period of foreign nationals, etc. shall apply mutatis mutandis to Article 6-2(2), Article 6-3, Article 6-4(1) and (2), Article 6-5, Article 6-6(3), and Articles 6-7 through 6-12. In this case, "departure prohibition" shall be deemed "departure prevention."
