제5조(병역의무자의 출국사실 통보) 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 병역의무자인 국민이 출국하면 그 사실을 지체 없이 병무청장에게 통보(정보통신망을 이용한 통보를 포함한다)하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.15>
Translation
① The Commissioner, the head of an office, or the head of a branch office shall, without delay, notify the Commissioner of the Military Manpower Administration of the departure of a citizen who is a conscientious objector (including notification via information and communication networks). <Amended by Act No. 15610, May 15, 2018>
