제52조 지문 및 얼굴에 관한 정보의 제공

법무부장관은 경찰청장 등 관계 기관의 장으로부터 지문 및 얼굴에 관한 정보의 제공을 요청받은 때에는「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 정보를 제공한다. <개정 2011.12.23, 2013.5.31>
When the Minister of Justice receives a request for the provision of fingerprint and face information from the head of a related agency, such as the Commissioner of the National Police Agency, the Minister shall provide the information in accordance with the 「Personal Information Protection Act」. <Amended on December 23, 2011, May 31, 2013>
법무부장관은 필요한 경우 제1항에 따른 정보제공업무를 전담할 청장 또는 사무소장을 지정할 수 있다. <신설 2013.5.31, 2018.5.15>
