제53조 정보통신망의 구축ㆍ운영

법무부장관은 사회통합 프로그램의 효율적인 운영을 위하여 다음 각 호의 사항 등을 온라인으로 할 수 있도록 하기 위한 정보통신망을 구축ㆍ운영할 수 있다.
1. 사회통합 프로그램 참여 신청
2. 영 제48조제2항에 따른 평가의 관리
3. 제53조의2에 따른 사회통합 프로그램 운영기관 지정 신청
The Minister of Justice may construct and operate an information and communication network to enable the following matters to be conducted online for the efficient operation of the Social Integration Program: 1. Application for participation in the Social Integration Program 2. Management of evaluations under Article 48 (2) of the Enforcement Decree 3. Application for designation of a Social Integration Program operating institution under Article 53-2
제1항에 따른 정보통신망의 구축ㆍ운영에 관한 세부 사항은 법무부장관이 정한다.
The Minister of Justice shall determine the detailed matters concerning the construction and operation of the information and communication network under paragraph ①.
