제53조의5 결혼이민자 등의 조기 적응 지원을 위한 프로그램

법무부장관은 대한민국에 결혼이민자 등의 자격으로 입국하려고 하거나 최초로 입국한 외국인의 한국사회 조기 적응을 지원하기 위하여 체류허가ㆍ영주자격ㆍ국적 신청 및 기초생활 법질서 등의 교육, 정보 제공 및 상담 등의 프로그램을 시행할 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may implement programs such as education on residence permits, permanent residency, nationality applications, and the basic legal order of daily life, provision of information, and counseling to support the early adaptation of foreigners who intend to enter the Republic of Korea as marriage migrants, etc., or who have entered for the first time.
제1항에 따른 프로그램의 구체적인 내용 및 운영 방법, 그 밖에 프로그램의 운영에 필요한 사항은 법무부장관이 정한다.
The specific contents and operational methods of the programs under paragraph ①, and other matters necessary for the operation of the programs, shall be determined by the Minister of Justice.
